Services same as Clerk package, in addition:

• Personal meeting or live-video briefing (approx. 1 hour) on current home market and process including detailed explanation of the new environment (city districts, social and economic life in the region, etc.)
• Selection of the 6-12 best-matching properties (viewings on up to 2 days)
• Detours during the house-hunting tour to see sights, shopping options, various restaurants, local public transport
• Opening account with English-speaking bank consultant
• Arranging an English-speaking insurance agent for insurance cover such as personal liability, household, automobile
• Phone conference with client and customer 2 weeks after move-in with a focus on open issues, general satisfaction with services provided

Three-month hotline for the assignee if there are any questions or assistance is needed.
